COVID-19 Domestic and Family Violence Survey

The purpose of this survey is to capture the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on service delivery and service experience within the domestic and family violence sector. While the purpose is not to resolve individual issues, please know that if you feel unsafe or need support regarding domestic and family violence, help is available. For further information and support:

In an emergency, call the police on Triple Zero (000).

Input is being sought from a wide variety of people, with very different experiences and connections to domestic and family violence service delivery. You don’t have to answer every question – just the ones that are relevant to you.

As this is an anonymous survey, matters or complaints raised in responses will not be addressed individually.

Please note: There is a 45 minute time limit for completing the survey from the time you start filling it out. To save your response, click the Finish later button (within the 45 minute time limit)—you will be given an address and a password, which you can use later to complete your survey.
