The Queensland Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy (the Strategy) is being developed with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of all Queenslanders. An important step in developing the Strategy is consultation with government, non-government and peak agencies, as well as people with lived and living experience.

    The questions in this survey are based on the content of the draft Queensland Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy. We recommend reviewing these documents before commencing this survey, which will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The Strategy is an early consultation draft only and doesn't represent the final product. The responses you provide are valuable and will contribute to the development of the Strategy.

    You will also be given the opportunity to provide your consent for your responses to be used for research purposes in collaboration with The University of Queensland. The survey provides information on how you can decide if you want to provide consent for your responses to be used for research purposes. Your survey responses will inform the development of the Strategy, even if you decide not to provide your consent for your data to be used for research purposes.
